Refund Policy

At Starzy Creations, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@starzycreations.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
